Your Privacy is Our Utmost Priority

Privacy is of great importance to us at eBound Marketing Automation Inc. and it is important that you have an understanding of the measures we routinely take to ensure your information is protected and safe.

eBound has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy as it relates to our company as a whole, and the use of our products
(“the system”), as we do gather important information from our visitors, customers and partners.

We reserve the right to change this policy and will provide notification of changes in our newsroom as well as in this policy itself.

Customer Data:
Customers use the system to host important data and information as it relates to their own and their client business activity. eBound does not share, distribute, print, or reference any such data unless permission from the customer has been granted, and only in situations where the information would be used for case studies and white papers. We do not sell or share customer information with outside parties.

Individual records and files may be accessed by us when troubleshooting a technical issue, problem with the system, or for training purposes. Customers are responsible for maintaining a secure and safe username and password and protecting their own user registration information.

eBound may collect site statistics and information from visitors and customers for the purposes of non-identifying statistical volume information and page / module hits. This information is used in an analytical manner and does not identify individual users or customers.

Cookies:
When you visit our website or interact with the system we do our best to make that experience relevant and helpful. When you visit our website, our web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors have visited the site previously. On their own, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to eBound, either by responding to a promotional offer, becoming a customer, or registering for a demo, you remain anonymous to us. Cookies come in two types: session and persistent. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you've closed your browser or turned off your computer. They include such information as a unique identifier for your browser. eBound uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows eBound to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you've logged in and are required in order to use the system. eBound uses persistent cookies that only we can read and use, to identify the fact that you are an eBound customer or prior eBound website visitor. We are always very careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. We do not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies. Users who disable their web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our site but will not be able to successfully use our services.

Third-Party Sites:
The system often contains links to other websites, through customer use, these are not viewable to anyone other than the customer and eBound. eBound is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. Customers and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these other websites to understand their policies. Customers must ensure that they are meeting privacy best practices and implementing necessary measures.

Security:
Our system features many security measures which help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. We always store the information in a database in a highly secure environment. When the system is accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.0 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to you. eBound also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the system in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, eBound provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data. eBound takes care to reinforce the importance of our website visitor's security and privacy among our employees. The bottom line is that because our business involves hosting application accounts, data security is paramount. We are routinely re-evaluating and deploying new technologies to enhance our security.

Opt-Out Policy:
eBound often offers its visitors and customers a means to choose how we may use information provided. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering services, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with third parties, send us a request specifying your new choice. Simply send your request to support@eboundmarketing.com.
